Choices, Choices!

So my readers (all two of you? haha), I have a dilemma.  I'm torn between making one of three recipes...

Oreo Dream Pie (icecreamy in texture)

Cinnamon-Apple Crostata

Chunk Apple-Cinnamon Muffins

I'm so torn!  I LOVE apples.  But I looove oreos...The only issue with the muffins is, they call for Fuji and I have Granny Smith.  Anyways, I guess we will see later today which one I ended up making!
